Its easy, what more do want? You are obviously going through enough hassle as it is trying to do ity so why caus eyourself the grief?

for one reason, itunes only track ids mp3s for shit you imported with your cd player...so how would you go about finding data about mp3s you download or that sort of thing...even if they are legal! now explain that smarty pants.

hmmnnn.... strange, I spent last weekend filling up my ex's ipod with mp3's using itunes ;-)

it worked almost exactly the same way as ripping CDs.

You just have to import/convert them (not just copy them) and it does the cddb lookup.... course it only works for full LPs/Eps with all the tracks in the right order.

actually the latest version of itunes doesn't let you look up track ids when you don't import a cd with itunes...and like hell apple will let you downgrade...

The PC one is pretty good.

itunes is the best id3 tagger out there. i know you hate all things apple, or anything with a brand, but itunes, saved my life.
