faith no more were awesome. pretty much any band mike patton is associated with are good. on a side note, mr. bungle officially broke up this week.

Bungle no longer? That sucks the sweat off of dirty donkey balls. Wonder what the fuck those cats are gonna do now...

Patton is a total nutter, but pretty cool to talk to. He's real.

I just ran into the drummer for FNM a couple weeks ago. Nice guy.

I am sure all the guys from bungle are in other bands. I know for sure that trevor dunn is in tomahawk with mike patton and john stanier, the former drummer of helmet.

shame to hear that about mr.bungle.. California is a classic.

Trey Spruance's band Secret Chiefs 3 is definitely worth checking..

yeah it is. I had read that they were trying to do a new album but one member (patton wouldn't name who) was making things difficult or something. I think their egos finally started to clash so patton called it quits.

KFAD had The Gentle Art of Making Enemies on it. Reet gud song that.

My fave Patten-affiliaTED THING AT THE mo is the ep with Dillinger. Deranged indeed.

Ah - i see. Valve Dillinger did remix a FNM tune a few years back. I thought maybe there was more that i had never heard. ;)

I used to have a live video of 'Caffeine'. Dunno where it was recorded but it certainly scared the shit out if me at an impressionable age!

FaithNoMore rock.
that "We care a lot" track is one of the best music pieces of the XX century.

Anyone got AeoX' version of "We care alot?" Best techno track of the year i reckon, and the best punk track. Kicks the shit out of the original - but then i'm not a fan of fnm....

FNM were the daddy. Mike Patton is definitely a cultural hero. As well as making his own excellent music and adding some extra freakiness to Medulla, he was involved in the heartwarming story of The Kids of Widney High.
