i was on mtv last saturday nite, to watch the only show i would digest on mtv, Chillout Zone ( it give myself a personal excuse to leave clubbing early i guess )

well, i came across a video by Sigur Ros called 'Svefn-G-Englar'.
now i had never been a fan of them, and didnt even calculate their sound very much ( to me they sound like a old greenpeace video of a dying whale )

but the video started, it was silent at first with still shots and quotes about music from several famous ppl. like Dante and Dali
then the video sound turned on. and the picture turned better and i could see around 20 overwieght down syndrome angels dancing about in very slow motion and really having fun. it turns a bit scary at times and the next few seconds it worth a giggle and smile.

i realized that the track was not new to me ( i had noticed that it was brill, after i heard it in Vanilla Sky, but had no idea what it was )

dont know if anyone else caught the video, but it's amazing touching stuff ( Emma, you'll prob be crying all thru it ! )..
can find a working video online, but i will look harder for one..

to me they still sound like dying whales.. but now, in a good way
