does itv have the twitchiest lawyers in the world or what?

has anyone seen any of itv's late-night 'i'm a celebrity...' live yet? there only seems to have been about 30 seconds of actual live transmission throughout the last 90 minutes, while the rest of the time we're treated to selections from the bbc radiophonic workshop's sounds of the jungle and nondescript footage of some leaves "for legal reasons"

surely, for legal reasons, they'd be using the highly superior, but a lot more unheard of 'itv radiophonic workshops - sound of the jungle' (some blokes in manchester doing monkey impressions)
