i like the new single by kylie, 'i believe in you' with the moroder sounds. i hope this makes it big here in the states.
have you seen her in person? she's pretty short, i dont know if she'd handle mobs well.

It's written/produced by the Scissor Sisters. I like the chorus. Kylie's a professional, she knows how to handle a little fame.

The strings are very reminiscent of both Ken Ishii and the remix Simon from Basement Jaxx did of Throbbing Gristle's "Hot on the heels of Love.

i didn't realise that was the sisters one. it's a grower. i was a little disappointed when i first heard it but now it's wormed its way into my guts

i wish kylie would go away, and take her sister with her.

I do like her new song, but then I've enjoyed her work more than I thought would ever be possible when I Should Be So Lucky first vomited its way over the chart.

sorry to burst your bubble, but most pop stars do that on stage.
being under the average height is a good start for a backup dancer.
but, here are some other short people:
shakira - 5'2
xtina aguilera - 5'2 and a half
christina millian - 5'2
gloria estefan - 5'2
kylie & dannii - 5'1

yeah, it was 'where the wild roses grow' that got me into her. i hated her before she got the nick cave seal of approval. in my defense, i was only 16. course, it was around the same time that she released 'confide in me', which i loved unashamedly. lovely little number from her indie-kylie period there

i know that she's not the only midget in the world of pop, she's just my least favourite.come to think of it, i don't really care for any of the above either...

'breathe' is a kylie song that I must admit I like, and 'better the devil you know'.
another confession is that danni minogue song 'dont wanna lose this feeling' - it was remixed with 'get into the groove', and it sounds fantastic... made me go and buy the single ;)

you'll be glad to know warner music dropped dannii a few months ago. so you won't be seeing her probably! i am sad for her but oh well.

oh, no. a little thing like being dropped doesn't stop dannii. SHE'S BACK
i haven't heard her most recent single for a while, but i don't think it was especially bad. still, i can't take her seriously. she's like a cut-price kylie, a supermarket own-brand kylie. like the 411, she's tawdry and desperate, but unlike the 411, not tawdry and desperate in a good way. ah, the complexities of pop music...
