YEAH ITS KIND OF CRUED, BUT IT MAKES REPLICATING THE SKIPPING EFFECT PREETY ACURATE.THEN DUMPING IT INTO WAVELAB OR SOMETHING SIMALAR.I DONT KNOW I TRY ALL KINDS OF OFF THE WALL STUFF.YOU KNOW ALL THAT GLITCH STUFF,LIKE RECORDING A GUITAR AMP THROUGH TWO SETS OF RELAYS,THERES SO MUCH STUPID SHIT YOU CAN DO ,THAT ACCUALLY COMES OUT DECENT.RIGHT NOW IVE BEEN ADDICTED TO A GRAINULIZER PLUGIN_FRUITY LOOPS PROVIDES A PREETY COOL ONE TOO.

just checked out your tracks and I must say they are slamming. especially the second one!! I started to download them and then I went to pull some tubes and all of a sudden the first track came on. I had forgotten I was downloading music. ha ha, got caught a bit off guard, but I got into them quickly. nice production and arrangement. might I ask what do you use?? hardware or computer?? anyway, you have real nice sounds, pretty original stuff. can't wait to hear more!

Sheridan, I just use my mac as a sequencer running cubase and logic. I guess I don´t know the power of plugins... So yes I´m a hardware-dude!!!
(this will change pretty soon!)

Those tracks were mainly made with:

Nordlead
Akai Sampler
Roland JD800
Korg MS20
Sequential Pro One
Gothar III (3 osc based monophonic fucked up synthmodule made by a guy.. Makes all the strange sounds - wicked!)
+ some different drummodules..and samples..and efxs.

you use pro tools?? what setup do you have? I have been loking at getting a digidesign 001, since I can get a small discount through my school. how is pro tools working out for you? I have done some midi stuff in school but I think digital performer 3 is better for that kind of thing. I want to get pro tools for all the other stuff it can do. what are your thoughts??

I just use their freeware version - ripping the tracks directly into the program. Then makes the changes to my tracks and stuff.. Burning it down again. Not using it with midi. I have a friend that uses the program as a sequenser.... should work out fine..

you are using the freeware pro tools. is that the one from their site? I downloaded it but it came up as a .hqx file. my mac did not recognize it. how did you get it to work?

There should be a hqx-file and a sit-file(??)..? Stuffit normally recognize!!!? I had no problems installing..!!
