I see no reason why it wouldn't be a true translation. aljazeera would not make any gains from posting a fake translation. certain parts are a bit tricky to understand but that comes with any translation. languages have nuances and meanings all their own that can not always be conveyed when translated to another language.
but the meat of what he is saying is there in black and white.
