If true, many many sad words, The Barca Metro is very good, double decker, classical music, cheapish fares. Makes London transport look not fit for purpose.

Its quite out of town.... Never imagined that the Barna Metro would EVER have an accident, its so well managed!

i think in general the transport infrastructure in spain is very bad.

for exampel the metro in barna is very bad organized because it is never punctual, never on time. then in summer it is too hot, basically because there is no aircondition anywhere in the metro tunnels and we are in spain. The metro vagons are 2 full in the morning, try to take the metro at 8:30 in the morning, u cant even get in. NOW, about time, they are starting putting elevators in some stations, a handicapped person would never be able to take the metro in barcelona (... and barcelona tries to call itself metropol). The connections and tunnels at each station are far from each other, its dirty, its smells, for example passeo de gracia from l3 to l4, is about 2 kilometers walk and its supposed to be the same station. Before they dont do some seriously changes in the metro i dont think the price is justified. its only for mr. director can get more money in his pocket...

i havent been paying in the metro for the last 4 months, just too expensive plus its too easy too jump over. i really dont think it is worth paying so much for what you get for your money at the metro in barcelona.

now the most funny part about this whole thing of transport in spain is what they have come up with now? a fucking ave, for what??? only 3% of all travelers would use it, the price for going from madrid to barcelona is again unpayable. now they have realized that it isnt even going more than 300 km/h when it was supposed to go minimum 350 km/h. the ave is just another try for spain to show that we are not underdeveloped but that we are just as advanced as nothern european countries... and what do u get? just another fucking chapuza!

ridicoulous, like always, more for the rich and more confortability for the business men and less for society.
