I'm moving to Dublin next week from Canada. I just realized I can't simply plug in my turntables/mixer/stereo into the wall... PLEASE HELP

Namely, what do I need to be able to plug my T1200s into a UK outlet?

you need to get a transformer , big ugly thing , to bring the voltage down from 240 to 110 - you can find them in UK or US

yes, you can! (as far sa you have 110V equipment)

the UK uotlet consisted of 3 pin holes, you should concentrate on the top one (ground/protection). All you have to do is to insert uk plug upside down in to this hole (so the other two are free). Now you can easly plug in your TTs or mixer. (You can take out uk plug, it isn't necessary now). Done!

also - check the back of your mixer - it ,ay have a switchable rating power supply - so there may be a switch that says 110 / 240 on it and you just have to flick that , instead of transforming down - some gear has the switch inside , - i just looked at my 1200s and it seems to suggest that it is switchable - but not easily from the outside - worth having a look at the manual

well, supposedly on some models there is a switch underneath the platter that switches between 110 and 240 voltage. mine didnt' have that, so i had to get a transformer, i think they cost like £10-15 each. can't remember, it was years ago...anyhow, bring in the specs of your table (found on a sticker on the bottom) to an electrical supply store coz you need to tell them what the current needed is in order to get the propper transformer. if your decks have the switch then all you need is a normal foreign-to-uk plug thing
