does anyone else use bengay?

the last few days ive got these nasty nech aches that come from programming on the computer and this net addiction. it was so serious i'd be up late at night with headaches. then i discovered ben-gay, ultra strength. it burned like a bitch at first but it was relieving,for hours afterwards.

is there a better alternative to bengay? i tried getting tiger balm but i couldn't find it at the store. will it really cure my neck aches or is it just a pain reliever? i think id better get a massage. but bengay feels good. could i get a bengay addiction? i will keep you informed.

Don't know if there is one near to you, but some chinese herbal remedy stores sell Tiger Balm... I had no idea how good it really was until I got a hold of some quite recently... not excatly a cure as such, but quite strong relief

Another one I can totally reccomend is Shiling Oil - stronger than Tiger Balm, and excellent for aches and pains - including headaches. Smells a bit like Vicks Vapour Rub, but other than that, it's the business.
