i know this is personal but it illustrates my point:

i've been having these little panic attacks since my grandma died (one of my best friends, fabulous artist, the most charming woman i've known and a great spirit. passed only 3 months after my grandpa, another great soul) and i've been getting these nasty chest pains. so the "little surprise" triggered that and i wouldn't want someone else to get too freaked or anything.

and look both ways before you cross the street :)

i'm much improved since the initial hit.

one of the positives is that when something effects you that physically, the pain can act as a sort of barometer of stress and anxiety. it gave me a unique chance to observe and learn about my reactions to things.
