So seeing as Pret decided to totally destroy their nice vegetable sushi* tray – by downsizing it and turning all the rolls into nothing buy bits of carrot and pepper stuck in rice rolls – I wondered over to M&S to try their readymade faux sushi – its stinks!
But I was most amused to find that instead of providing a simple pair of cheaply made chopsticks, they give you a chemical soaked wet-wipe instead.
I marvel out our sophistication, truly we are the barbarian hordes…
*Please note for the Sushi fans on the board, I use the word very loosely. I know its not really Sushi, but in the world of office lunches – these rice rolls make a pleasant change from lousy readymade sandwiches. Well that was until recently, I shall be reserving my Sushi aspirations to infrequent visits to a decent Sushi restaurant.
