don't know if i would like to listen to it but critics were not so bad.

and as we are on "prince of bell air", that guy that plays carlton also 'stars' in "C2 Killerinsect" - a real trash classic. he plays some rude ghetto-guy which is highly amuzing when you just know him from the tv series. word!

I'll be quite honest here and I still think Will Smith is great. Ok he's made a couple of duff films here and there, and his latest music ain't up to much but still makes me laughA and doesn't come across as a hollywood arsehole. He loves his family and kids and does stuff for charity...

Sheeat .... I think I fancy Will Smith.

I knew them strange feelings I used to get when I saw him in his multi-colour trackies were wrong ...

ok, here goes, this is from memory..

Now this is a story all about how my life got flipped and turned upside down. I'd like to take a minute, just sit right there, I'll tell you all about how I became the Fresh Prince of Bel Air.

In West Philadephlia I was born and raised, in the playground was where I spent most of my days. Chillin' out, maxing, relaxing all cool, shooting b-ball outside of the school.

When a couple of guys, up to no good, starting causing trouble in my neighbourhood. I got in one little fight and my mum got scared, she said "You're moving with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air."

I whistled for a cab, and when I can near, I saw the license plate said 'Fresh' and there were dice on the mirror. If anything I'd say that this cab was rare, but I thought nah, forget it, yo home, to Bel-Air!

I pulled up to a house about seven or eight and I yelled to the cabbie "yo home, smell you later." I looked at my kingdom and I was finally there, to sit on my throne as the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.

Believe it or not, When I was a teenager, I used to watch Fresh Prince of Bel-Air with my mum on Tuesday nights. She enjoyed it too. My mum is cool.

my boyfriend just can tbelieve what he's seeing with me sometimes and laughs at me which makes me laugh and cry at the same time

my favourite is officer and a gentleman, i can cry for half an hour before that starts ,all the way through and then a good half an hour afterwards
i watched dirty dancing on tv the other day - it was all bollocks but they got me in the end
little women
brassed off
four weddings
beaches, oh you know the type of thing, chick flicks i think they call it. emotional porn. its the same thing, its a release, its very enjoyable and you feel better, but perhaps cheaper afterwards.

Has anyone out there ever seen the full length version of the Fresh Prince of Bel Air intro? There's a whole other verse in the middle of the song where he begs his mom to let him stay in Philly and stuff. It was only ever on one or two episodes. Or did I just imagine it...

honestly for me I get a bit misty eyed when I watch the last temptation of christ and willem dafoe is carying the cross through the streets on his way to golgotha and peter gabriel's passion is playing. then the film slows and the two women turn back and laugh at him and he looks up to the sky...the scene sends fuckin shivers in me everytime!!

yeah oscar the grouch is this dirty green muppet that lives in a garbage can. he is usually sleeping but when he is a wake all he does is complain about everything. he is my favorite character. him and bert and ernie, because I think it was pretty brave for sesame street to intergrate a homosexual couple into the story lines at a time when homosexuallity wasn't as widely accepted.

He's good mate.... seen him a few times both Live and DJ'ing. Quite twisted house and techno when DJ'ing but played that La La Land a bit too much last time I saw him. He tends to stick his headphones into the mixer and use it as a mic and talk some mad shit over it when DJ'ing which can only be a good thing as far as I'm concerned.

Last time I saw him was about a year ago in Manchester in the middle of September ... and he had this big conversational piece about the 11th towards the end. Whether you want to hear that after a heavy night out is up to yourself really ...

a little bit off subject but,
several years ago I saw Josh Wink play in DC. and this was right when that track Are you there? came out. it was the record release party actually. anyway josh came on and of course opened with are you there?. and proceeded to play the track umpteen times. if he wasn't actually playing the track itself, he was playing a vocal sample of it. so for like 2 hours all I heard was acid records with the man asking me if "I was there?". it got real old real fast. so needless to say I wasnt THERE very long.
