yep that is it. it came out on communique in 1997. not sure if it is still in print. maybe though. yeah other people were looking for this record. look around ebay, it may pop up. I heard juno records has an excellent back catalogue. sonic groove is also really good at getting in older records. I already checked their site and it isn't in the store but that doesn't mean you can't get it. I am guessing the best person who would know if it is in print is paul himself. he comes on the board from time to time. tonewrecker is his screen name.
oh yeah, not sure if anyone else noticed but bob brown is now officially a member here as well. look out for the vomit!!

paul posted on the board a little while ago as 'tonewrecker'...maybe try getting in contact with him?

always flattering to hear someone trying to track down a record you've made..thanks.
well, I myself own one copy for my collection. As far as I know, Woody did one pressing of the release (1000) and that was it. The DAT master got chewed up long ago as well. (I've lost over 80 tracks in that damn machine...good riddance)
Let me make a call to some old college friends who might have a copy laying around. Most of those lazy bums don't have any decks to listen to the records on anyways and they probably owe me a favor for cooking them pasta when they were broke.
Sonic Groove tried to do a limited repress a few years ago when Bones was jammin' the record and licensed it on his Factory series mix cd. It just didn't happen because the run would've been too small to justify the repress cost. oh well..
**hint hint** word on the streets is that Bob Brown and Paul have a Remix collaberation in the works of "speaker freakin'" for Framework lined up.

oh and tonewrecker, did u manage to record your set this past weekend?

it was funny.. I got to the gig and set up and the friend of the guy throwing the event came over with his mini disc to ask where he could plug it in. Got him up and running off my mixer and I started playing and kept playing...and kept playing. ha ha There was no clock and the next dj was late, but no one told me what time it was, or how long I'd been jammin. I ended up playing live for 2.5 HOURS!!!! I'm glad I brought the Machinedrum with for this one. I finished at 5 am and had to pack up quick, toss down another beer and quick ride back home with a friend for 2 hours before a 9 am soccer game against an undefeated team.
I'll try to find out if they're burning the set to send me, or I can get the minidisc in the next few days to transfer myself.
in the meantime...I've got some records to find for you guys...

the factory mix cd is old. it came out in 97.
it is pretty good. typical bones fashion.
it has some tracks by felix da housecat, f. fresh, damon wild, atomic babies.
you can probably still find it. most of bones' cds are in print.
the best one in my opinion is "escape from brooklyn". great NY rave style techno.
